Oil Basins Limited (formerly Saxon Investment Group Ltd) is an oil exploration company. The company is planning to acquire interests in two projects, a 7.5% interest in Vic/ P41 in the offshore Gippsland Basin in Bass Strait and a 35% interest in part of exploration permit EP 129 and Licence 6 located in the Canning Basin in Western Australia..

Previously Amskan Limited, the company changed its name to Saxon Investment Group Limited in 2004. In June 2006, the company changed its name to Oil Basins Limited to reflect its activities in the resources sector.
